About Canopy Home Concierge
We provide full home management and are obsessed with delivering on our promise to homeowners. However, we are not a broker so finding tenants and handling rentals is not available through Canopy.
Our clients have different reasons for owning a vacation home but they all share a desire to be present for the moments that are most important to them and a willingness to solve for the burden of upkeep, errands, and preparation. They are often multi-taskers and leaders who value life’s experiences and have accepted that their time is finite.
We can plan and anticipate our homeowners needs plus we are available for requests with a 48 hour lead time.
Leave the coordination of service providers to us. We can oversee construction projects large and small and then commission a local artist to enhance your space. Need a tee time? Our pleasure. Cleaning? Check. Groceries stocked, home holiday ready? We’re there.

Co-Owner
Lauren Stults
After graduating from Central Michigan University in 2008 with a degree in Interior Design, Lauren began her residential design career.
Designing high end residential homes for the last 15 years has been a very personal experience for Lauren. "The comfort and functionality of your home is so important."
Laurens other passion, planning and facilitating contacts for families visiting Northern Michigan, has been rewarding beyond measure.
Canopy was formed to merge these two passions - home care and making memories. Lauren has made many connections throughout her career and is ready to assist you!

Jeremy Stults
Coming from a diverse background in the military and civilian sector, Jeremy has been apart of Medical and Construction operations Large and small, foreign and domestic.
Jeremy has developed and planned events, construction projects, and coordinated vendors. "My service has given me resilience and attention to detail that your project deserves."
